Supplement Smoothie Recipe
*1/3 to ½ cup of either Vanilla Rice Dream, soy milk,
almond milk or unsweetened fruit juice
3 tbsp. Nutritional Essentials
1 tbsp. Barleygreen (Start with 1 tsp. and build up to 1 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. Mega Omega flaxseed powder
(Start with 1 tsp. and build up to 1 tbsp.)
*1 banana or 2 small bananas
*1/2 cup frozen fruit without sweeteners,
i.e. strawberries, blueberries
This can be served in the morning and/or afternoon
after school for children.
Blend in blender and enjoy.
*Amounts can be adjusted to suite your taste
Florafood at bedtime
- 1st bottle - four each night
- 2nd bottle - two each night
- 3rd bottle - one each night
Sequence should be repeated if antibiotics are taken.
