What Can You See In Your Tongue? Some of the things you see in tongues are indicative of oral and nutritional problems. For example, a border with edges showing the teeth outline is indicative of mineral deficiency. A border with indentations or cracks on the surface is indicative of vitamin deficiency. A broader tongue with yellowish or yellow-green color is indicative of liver or gallbladder problems. A broader tongue with gray or brownish-gray color is indicative of stomach or intestinal problems. A tongue with white coating is indicative of the body releasing toxins.

Soft Drinks - Americans consumption of soft drinks is skyrocketing. Average consumption per person in America is 500 bottles a year. This can feed a lot of harmful bacteria. One soft drink can have as much as 8 teaspoons full of sugar. These high does can cause rapid aging. Sugar increases oxidation of cell structure, impairs the function of white blood cells for up to five hours after consumption. Sugar interferes wit the transport of vitamin C, weakens the immune system by causing mineral imbalances and possible allergic reactions, neutralizes the action of essential fatty acids. Is Aspartame any better? It is worse. Aspartame increases insulin production, so you do gain weight with aspartame. Aspartame causes destruction of neurons in the brain and is known to cause brain tumors.
