ECZEMA AND PSORIASIS

Eczema and psoriasis are signs of poor fat and protein digestion. Also, the liver is stressed and the colon is dirty. Your skin will help cleans your body of waste when the colon and liver are overloaded. Undigested food is toxic waste to the body.

Drink plenty of water and add lots of raw vegetables and fruits to your diet. Cut back on hard-to-digest protein foods including meat, dairy, and fish.

Twice a day, do a drink that includes the following. You can mix them in water, fresh juice, alternative milk, or a smoothie. It is often filling enough for a meal.

  • Nutritional Essentials -> Take three tablespoons.
  • Barley Life -> Take one tablespoon or six capsules.
  • Mega Omega -> Take one tablespoon.

Probiotic Blend -> Take ten capsules at night on an empty stomach. You can reduce the dose after two bottles.

Multiple Digestive Enzymes -> Take five capsules with each meal and five capsules twice a day on an empty stomach at least an hour from last food. Your total daily enzyme consumption will be 25.

Commit to this program for three months.
