Diet is too acidic, and not enough water is being taken in, and is being replaced with drinking acid-forming beverages. Your body needs to be in an alkaline state for health. The blood pH must remain alkaline or you would die. Your body will make adjustments to keep your blood in pH balance. When you eat acidic foods and not enough alkaline foods, the body has to make adjustments to keep you alive. Calcium is the most abundant in your body and it is also the most alkaline thing in your body. When your diet continues to be on the acidic side, the body robs calcium from your bones to neutralize the acid. This calcium then gets stored in other places, including joints, kidney stones, gallbladder stones, gout, etc.

To stop this process, be sure you are maintaining a very good diet. Make sure that it is high in raw vegetables and fruits (alkaline foods), some whole grains, and no sugar, processed grains, processed foods, meat, or dairy. Drink plenty of water and only water. This diet will keep your pH in balance.

To dissolve the calcium deposits:
Multiple Digestive Enzymes -> Take five capsules with each meal to digest your food totally, and take ten enzymes twice a day on an empty stomach.

When taking the enzymes on the empty stomach, you are breaking up the calcium deposit and putting the calcium back into the bloodstream. You will need the other minerals and amino acids to take this calcium and use it properly so that it will not be stored again.

These powders can be mixed together in water, juice, or a smoothie. The doses do not have to be taken all at once.

  • Nutritional Essentials -> Take three to six tablespoons a day for the amino acids.
  • Barley Life or Whole Foods -> Take two to three tablespoons a day for the minerals.
  • Mega Omega -> Take two tablespoons a day for important fiber and essential fats.

To clean the colon:
Probiotic Blend -> Take ten capsules at night right before bedtime for the first bottle. For the second bottle, take five capsules at night before bed, and then after the second bottle, take two to four capsules at night or use as needed.
